The terms that govern access to and use of NIDHAR software and services.
These Terms govern your access to and use of Nidhar software. By using the Service you agree to be bound by them.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Our cloud-based software offers modules for student, staff, HR and finance management; attendance, homework and timetables; fee collection and financial reporting; and admin and role-based access. Features may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
3. User accounts
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Subscription and payment
Access may be subject to subscription fees under the selected plan. Payments are due per the agreed billing cycle (monthly, quarterly or annually). Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
5. Data privacy
Your data is stored securely on cloud servers, used only for service functionality, and not sold or shared with third parties without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. User responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the Service or engage in illegal activity, attempt to access data not intended for you, or copy, modify or distribute any part of the software without permission.
7. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the software, content and branding belong to Jeyamsys Software Solutions. You may not use our name, logo or content without written consent.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access with or without notice if you breach these Terms, there is prolonged non-payment, or we discontinue the Service.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, data loss due to user error or third-party services, or service interruptions due to maintenance or unforeseen issues.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
